With over two decades of experience in leadership development, organizational transformation, and executive coaching, I have built my professional path around one guiding principle: meaningful change begins with personal leadership. My background spans corporate, entrepreneurial, and consultancy environments, allowing me to integrate strategic, psychological, and embodied perspectives into leadership and team development.

I hold a degree in engineering, but my true path led me beyond systems and structures — toward the people who move within them. Over the years, I have completed numerous professional trainings in coaching, organizational development, and body-oriented psychology, including studies in Gestalt psychology and Schema Therapy. My approach integrates both strategic clarity and somatic depth, helping leaders not only think differently, but be differently.

My most recent qualification is as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner — a globally recognized, body-based trauma resolution method by Peter Levine. This work has deepened my capacity to support leaders and teams in staying present, grounded, and resilient — especially in times of pressure, transition or change.

What drives me is the belief that leadership is not just a role, but a relationship with oneself — and that every person has access to more clarity, wisdom and creative potential than they may yet realize. My professional journey has been shaped by an ongoing curiosity about how people lead themselves and others in dynamic, high-demand environments. This integrative approach enables me to work not only with cognitive and behavioral dimensions of leadership but also with the embodied, emotional, and relational dynamics that influence performance and culture.
